Where you can meet and get to know others in business, who are pioneering for God's Kingdom
Our two main activities are a facilitated international 1 hour online forum meeting of “pioneers” (see Events section), and smaller facilitated monthly online peer coaching groups (aka action learning sets) of business owners & leaders.
The monthly forum draws from different disciplines & cultures, around the world, coming together online to share experiences, challenges and opportunities, to make connections and to support and encourage each other. See meeting format below.
You can join us at a forum without needing to be a member, to get a taste for what we do, just by clicking on the relevant meeting in the "Events" list.
To find out more about joining a business leaders peer coaching group:
Contact: [email protected] or +44-7710-397824
We encourage participants to join as members as the membership fee covers our administrative and technology costs. As we are set up as an enterprise, we don't separately solicit donations. Click on the "Join" button at the top of the page to sign up as a member at £10 per month (or £100 per year if paid in full in advance)
Members will have access to the member-only parts of this web portal which includes various resources (including video recordings of and slides from previous forums), additional special member events, a membership directory, and a web-based discussion group for sharing of ideas.
We also offer members the opportunity to try out the online peer coaching in shorter 1 hour "Pitstop" sessions and to sample some of the learning sessions included in the peer coaching.
How we meet
We generally start with a short Bible-based word and prayer
A speaker presents/tells their story for 15 – 20 minutes, a story which often includes aspects of business, pioneering as well as a Kingdom dimension
This includes some key learning and a request from the rest of the group to consider a particular “challenge” being faced by the speaker.
There is sometimes a short question and answer section to clarify any points made by the speaker.
Members split into break-out rooms, organised randomly, to introduce themselves to each other, and to discuss the challenge presented.
A representative from each group presents back to the plenary group the main ideas emerging from their discussions for general discussion.
