Our speaker, David White is the Founder and CEO of UK-based web technology company Netriver Systems, which has developed a patent-applied system and proprietary software, to enable individuals and organisations to operate digital identity systems and/or services through virtual Digital Identity Agents (DIAs), consistent with existing digital identity protocols in the public domain. These DIAs are able to charge fees to those individuals and organisations that benefit from an easy-to-use and secure, end-to-end digital identity process.
This project was originally conceived as a way to protect the vulnerable against fraud from organisations and individuals who are not who they claim to be. The vulnerable are those who are becoming disenfranchised in the digital age either because they don’t have access to the right devices, or because they don’t understand the digital identity process. This DIA system serves all organisations and individuals who need confirmed digital identity, including those who are more vulnerable, via an automated two-way relational process which validates the identity of both parties in a transaction.
Digital Identity is one of the fastest growing sectors of the global technology market. Netriver Systems is seeking early stage investment to finance the running of pilots in specific organisational ecosystems to develop the software, systems and/or service options further, prior to full roll-out of a revenue earning service
