Nick Houghton, Former owner and MD of New English Teas, tells his story.
Nick has spent his working life in the food industry working in a variety of commercial and general management roles. He became the owner of New English Teas Ltd in 2006 https://www.newenglishteas.com and developed the business, with particular emphasis on international sourcing from China, India and Sri Lanka. He continues to support the company as a Non-Exec Director.
He also serves as a Trustee for several social enterprises and Christian Charities and enjoys supporting and working with people who create businesses or activity which have a priority of making a positive difference for customers, suppliers and employees.
