Andy Bodkin works for SESAC Music Group and serves as President International of the Music Services Division. He is responsible for the strategic development and growth of the Division outside of the United States. (www.sesacmusicgroup.com)
Andy has over 25 years of experience in the music industry having worked in leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business management. Prior to joining the team at SESAC Music Group, he served as Group CEO at Out of the Ark, a multi-award-winning music publisher and the UK’s leading music publisher for primary schools.
Previously to Out of the Ark, he spent eighteen years at CCLI, serving on their Global Executive and as Managing Director for Europe and Africa, where he was instrumental in overseeing the growth of the organisation in those regions.
Andy has also worked closely with a leading UK musician and composer to launch Topline, a sync music library. He also owns his own Business Consultancy, helping companies and individuals with Strategic Planning, Transition Planning and Mentoring - he is accredited to deliver Belbin, a gold-standard, research-based tool providing a clear understanding of the strengths and weaknesses present in a team.
Andy is diagnosed Neurodivergent and sees this as a tool to help simplify complex issues, develop strategic plans and help with clear communication.
Andy has sat on the board of several charities that support people with disabilities and those with life limiting illnesses. He currently lives in a small rural village, near the south coast of the UK with his wife Hayley, and they have three adult children and one grandchild.
