Following our Open Forum session on "What is your sweet spot?" looking at understanding your calling / your "Why?" in business, this will be a facilitated coaching group for KBP members to coach and encourage each other in developing this further. 

We aim to keep the group size small, between 4 and 7 including the facilitator, to make sure each group member has a chance to share and contribute in an hour long session.  The group will accept new members until it exceeds 7, then it should split into 2 groups.
